Our maintenance and support service can be provided from a 24/7 bias. Preventative maintenance service visits can also be arranged either for routine or non-routine services.

We will commit to service level agreements (SLAs) suitable for the solution or system purchased. Our response time can be as short as half an hour for business critical issues that can be solved remotely.

Our support teams comprise of highly skilled, experienced and multi-functional engineers led by managers committed to quality service.

All of our maintenance and support services can be provided on an ad-hoc basis whereby customers can call and request support based on our standard fees.
